The staff was polite. the grounds were kept clean. Breakfast was lovely. the location was perfect, adjacent to the train station and Winter Gardens. the area was lovely and quiet. Good pub nearby. Rooms were reasonably spacious.

Everything was very good during 3 days, liked its stunning and prime location right by the attractions and bars. The rooms were bright as for me, in blackpool fab breakfast. It also was in walking distance to the centre.
