Couldn't recommend more for a short visit
Cozy room, friendly owner, and tasty breakfast with vegetarian options made our two-night stay enjoyable and stress-free. The location is convenient as it is close to local attractions and just off the promenade.
Absolutely nothing.

Hosts make you feel like family. Location is ideal for accessing the beach. Shower space small, though, and could use better pressure.

Couples seeking a cozy weekend away
The location was great, just a short stroll to the pier. And the hosts Dave and Kim, them, they treated us like family, even left a birthday card when they found out it was my partner's special day, nice touch that, you know, made it memorable.
It wasn’t exactly budget-friendly, but still reasonable for what we got.

It was just an ideal choice for a rapid stop in Blackpool with good price-quality ratio. The staff were genuinely friendly and accommodating during my stay. Consider asking for a room that is more away from the street noise.

the location was good, really close to the beach and just a short walk to everything fun. the room was clean and had all the necessities like tea and coffee, which was cool. breakfast was really nice, freshly cooked and loads of choices. also, dave and kim were super nice, really friendly and made us feel welcome. they even checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable.
rooms were quite small and felt a bit overpriced for what you get. also, the area was kinda noisy at night, but we managed to sleep ok.
